3,Features:                                                                                                                                                

a) TL(R) Series FGD pump is the single stage, single suction and horizontal centrifugal pump. It is mainly used as the circulating pump for absorption tower in FGD system in Power Plant.

b) The wet parts are designed with the CFD Fluid Simulating Analysis Technology to ensure its high-efficiency operation. The position of impeller in the pump internal can be changed by adjusting the bearing assembly, which can ensure the pump to run efficiently. The pump adopts back pull-out structure, which is easy to disassemble and without need to remove the inlet and outlet pipeline.
c) The bearing at pump end is double-row taper roller bearing, and bearing at drive end is cylindrical roller bearing.

d) Integrated mechanical seal which is suitable to the FGD process is used.
e) Pump casing, pump cover and joint plate are the pressure parts and they use the ductile cast iron.

 They are mainly used to handle slurry with smoke in absorption tower of electric power station,that is thermal power plant FGD (Flue Gas Desulfurization) Project.
